Ibanking
How do I use ibanking?
1. Log into your ibanking account and transfer to our Citibank/DBS current account
Citibank Account number: unique for each account, login to view

3. For Interbank, pls select FAST transfer. FAST transfer instantly transfers funds from your bank to our bank account, when the bank is not the same.
4. Submit your transfer details. For DBS, you would need to submit the date/time/amount of transfer. For Citibank, you would need to submit the amount of transfer only.
What if I forgot to select FAST transfer?
If you have forgotten to select FAST transfer, it will take your bank around 3 working days to process before it will be reflected in our account. You may submit the top-up request form 3 working days later for our finance team to verify the payment. At the request form, please include the remark "interbank transfer" under Transaction No.
For urgent payment, you may make another transfer to our account via FAST. Please refer to the following guide. Alternatively, you may also make payment via Credit Card for immediate fund transfer.
What if I have forgotten to copy the transaction number?
If you did not copy the transaction number, please indicate "Forgot" in the transaction number proceed to submit the form. As long as the rest of the details (date/time/amount of transfer) is correct, we would be able to verify for you. Our Finance team will take up to 2 hours (during working hours) to verify your payment, you will receive a SMS or an App push message notification on the status.

How do I use ATM transfer?
1. Go to your nearest ATM and transfer to our Citibank/DBS current account

What if I do not have a receipt?
If you do not have a receipt, please indicate "Forgot" in the transaction number proceed to submit the form. Our Finance team will take up to 2 working hours to verify your payment, you will receive a SMS or an App push message notification on the status.
May I do a cash/coin deposit?
Yes you may do a cash/coin deposit. Please check whether the deposit is a immediate debit, then submit the transfer details accordingly.
Credit card
How do I do a credit/debit card transfer?
1. Topping up with your credit/debit card will credit the amount into your ezbuy Available Amount immediately.
2. Input the amount/select the bill to top-up your Available Amount.
3. You will be redirected to the payment portal (Please ensure that the pop-up blocker is not activated).
4. Key in the one-time password sent to your phone, and follow the steps to complete the payment.
Available Amount
How do I use My Available Amount to pay?
On our website, it is under My Account > My Available Amount.
On our App, it is under MINE tab > Available Amount.
You may use this amount to pay for your orders or parcels by going to My Account/MINE > To Pay.
What if my bill is more than My Available Amount?
If your bill is more than your Available Amount, you may top up the deficit using any of the payment methods and make your payment once the top up is successful.
