How do I arrange for a self collection/home delivery?

EZbuy/Prime: Self-collection/home delivery details had already been pre-arranged upon checkout.

ezShip: Self-collection/home delivery selection had already been pre-arranged upon parcel shipment.

For self-collection, after the parcel has arrived in Singapore, you may go to To Receive > Arrange Delivery to arrange the specific available self-collection details. On the App, you may go to MINE tab > To Receive.

For home delivery:

parcel<30kg, delivery will be made within 1-3 days after the package reaches the warehouse in Singapore.

parcel>30kg, customers can choose to deliver the package at a convenient time after it arrives.

Please note at our Singapore warehouse, we offer14 days of free storage for parcel regardless the weight upon your parcel's arrival in Singapore. Subsequently, uncollected parcel will be charged forS$1.00 per day for every 10kg.
